Winners of the 2026 Raffle – Important Information
Congratulations on being selected as a KYP member. We are pleased to welcome you and hope you will enjoy your time with us.
Your first day at KYP will be on Monday, 2 February 2026 at 2:30 pm. The learner will be expected to arrive at the KYP Site they won the raffle e.g. if the learner won the raffle at Pimville site, they will be expected to be present at the Pimville site, Paul Mosaka Primary School.
On your first day, you will receive a registration form. Please complete it and submit it together with the following documents:
A copy of the learner’s birth certificate
A copy of the parent/guardian’s identity document
The learner’s latest school report
We look forward to welcoming you to the Kliptown Youth Program family and hope that the support we provide will be meaningful and helpful in achieving your academic goals.
Thank you to all the community members who attended and participated in the raffle at our different sites. We truly appreciate the time and effort you put into making the process transparent and fair.
To those who unfortunately did not make it this time, please do not lose hope. We encourage you to check in with us at the beginning of each academic term to see if spaces have opened up. Placement is done on a first-come, first-served basis, as we do not keep waiting lists.
